What is your return/refund policy ?
So, you would like to return a Simi Deals that you purchased. We realize that sometimes things happen, and have crafted our return policy to be as helpful as possible! Our refund policy depends on the reason that you are requesting a return and is set forth below. If you have a question concerning our policy, please email us prior to purchasing any deal.
Issue: You simply changed your mind. Any unredeemed certificate may be returned for a refund for any reason (or no reason) within 14 days of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
Issue: The vendor went out of business PRIOR to the expiration of the promo code expiration date. Send an email to
info@SimiDeals.com and we will issue you a refund.
Issue: You have tried to contact the vendor to schedule an appointment for a service PRIOR to the promo value expiration date and a) they won't return your calls or b) they won't accept your certificate or schedule an appointment. In this case, please email us at
info@SimiDeals.com PRIOR to the expiration date so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we can not resolve the issue within 48-hours, we will issue you a full refund.
Issue: The promo value expiration date passed and you contacted the vendor and they will not accept your certificate. We can not issue you a refund once the promo value expiration date expires. However, you should be able to use the amount that you paid for the certificate toward the retail value if you would like.
Issue: The service was not as advertised. If you did not receive the full service that you was described in the ad, please email us at
info@SimiDeals.com asap and PRIOR to the promo value expiration date and we issue you Simi Cash or issue you a partial or full refund depending on the circumstance.

How long will the deal be available to purchase ?
Simi Deals will feature a 24-hour deal during the weekdays and each deal changes at 12:00 midnight PST. Good news! On Fridays the deals will last for three days, from Friday through Sunday, provided they don’t sell out! New deals will post daily starting at 12:00 midnight PST. On holidays the deal will feature for two days–the holiday and the day before or after. Our Side Deals may be featured for an entire week.

Do a certain number of people need to buy the deal before it becomes valid?
Yes, because we guarantee our merchants we’ll sell tons of their product in a very short time frame, they offer amazing deals. You do NOT have to form a group yourself; anyone who signs up for the deal counts. However, when you see how amazing the deals are... you’ll feel guilty if you keep the secret to yourself so SPREAD THE WORD! Once the deal hits the required number... everyone wins!.

Is there an expiration date for the offers?
Every offer will have an expiration date. This information will be clearly stated on the deal page, so be sure to check that out before you buy. Also, the expiration date will be printed on the Simi Deals certificate that you print out. The expiration date is binding, except where
prohibited by law.

When and how will I get my Simi Deals certificate?
After you have purchased your certificate, you will soon receive an e-mail in your inbox containing a link to your Simi Deal certificate. Simply go to that link and print
the certificate. If you have a sensitive spam filter, be sure to add Simi Deals to your safe senders list.

How soon can I use my Simi Deals certificate?
You can use your certificate on the following business day after your order is placed.

What’s the catch?
Each Simi Deal has a unique set of conditions, which will be posted on the deal page. These conditions will also appear on your Simi Deals certificate when you print it. These conditions are not negotiable.

Can I buy a Simi Deals certificate and gift it to someone else?
In most cases, yes, but again, each business sets its own terms, so please check for that information on the deal page before purchasing.

I lost my Simi Deals certificate. What do I do?
No problem. Just log into Simi Deals, view your purchase history, and reprint your certificate.

Do I have to redeem my entire certificate in one transaction?
Yes. The business that you are buying from has no way to give you change or to reduce your Simi Deal to a reduced amount. If your certificate is good for $20 worth of coffee, you will need to buy $20 worth of coffee and pay for it with your Simi Deals certificate.
